About the Project
What do we mean by talking about "community", "expert", or "network"? These terms seem familiar to us, and we even consider ourselves to be a true expert community. We all need to have a clear understanding in the field. To be an expert means not only to be a person of profound knowledge but also to act as an effective communicator being able to listen, analyze and offer efficient solutions. To bring such people together means to create a certain milieu, to make this milieu work means to construct a network - a web of transfer of information, knowledge, and solutions. Such a network will without a doubt become a source of theoretical ideas and practical techniques.
The core idea of the project is to build a true network bringing together experts in politics, economy and social change in the Post-Soviet states. We build a milieu where ideas, knowledge and interesting offers will move freely without borders from expert to expert and from the experts to businesses and government agencies. Our ideas are not only about theory, but also about commercial use and profit.
Apart from the practical matters there is another goal we would like to achieve all together - to formulate the basic rules of ethics for the experts and everyone working with us.
We are ambitious and we build our network in close cooperation with our colleagues and friends from Russia and other CIS countries, European countries and United States. Expanding internationally we keep in mind our main aim - to make our website an open forum for those who have ideas, knowledge and new solutions - everything we call "Idea Transfer".
Though it was very hard to pick up the way our network should go ahead, we decided to chose the project-based approach. We develop projects for NGO's, businesses and government agencies bringing together the knowledge of distantly working experts from many countries with one room for discussions at this site. We make a new team of experts for each project, and it depends on an expert whether to work publicly or undisclosed. Each project is a combination of a virtual expert team and our centralized management crew working as fundraiser and project manager. Since each project is tailored to measure in accordance with its task and client's ideas, all our materials are exclusive.
Many experts predict that in the next few years there will be a growing demand for rapid anti-crisis solutions in economics, politics and public relations, quality and up-to-date analytics, GR-support as well as corporate and personal coaching. These are the fields where JEEN network is ready to help.
JEEN is different from many projects in the field, and the difference lies in the basics of our work. We offer a two-dimensional service - offering new solutions is paired with their practical realization and efficiency monitoring. Each project is run by a team of experts divided into two groups - Contact and Solutions Research Group and Operations, The first group develop new ideas, offer several competing solutions pr models while the Operations choose what is to be made real. Such an approach allows us to bring together the best academics with the leading professional of communications agencies from Russia and abroad. This means that JEEN offers you analytical, informational and functional support in one package.
